Did you know? The Draft Local Plan suggests nearly 15,000 new homes will have to be built locally over the next few years, with the vast majority coming to Grantham. Your feedback on these proposals is crucial!

Of particular concern are plans for hundreds of more houses on the north side of Grantham, as well as redevelopment plans for the Barracks.
